Jen is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Her areas of specialization include relationship challenges, individuals with chemically dependent family members, partners, or families of origin; couples and recovery; women having difficulty holding onto themselves in relationships; codependency & boundary issues; eating & body image; and transitions such as divorce.

Jen’s approach to therapy focuses on family of origin, insight and education, as well as building on a client’s strengths, which help develop self-esteem and confidence.  Jen is compassionate, down to earth, with a warm and friendly style.
